Meals To Choose From:
(Each meal feeds 2 people)
1. Your choice of 2-8oz. Rib-eye steaks or 4 boneless dinner cut pork loin chops marinating & ready for you to cook. (we don't pre-cook these because when you reheat them, you'll loose your desired doneness). Complete with two baking potatoes, Butter & sour cream, Salad with an assortment of dressings, Dinner rolls, Pound cake with Strawberries and whipped topping. Even the charcoal will be there!
2. Hot "Lasagna", Meat or Vegetarian style. Salad with dressings, Cheese bread and Cheesecake. All you'll have to do is warm it up!
SEASONAL DINNER MENU
(these are all cooked and just need heating.)
FALL (September, October and November): Southwestern Stew Dinner (Sirloin tips, green beans, corn, carrots, salsa & onions), Spinach dip in bread bowl, 4 dinner rolls and Italian Cream cake.
WINTER (December, January & February) Cozy Chili Dinner, Meat or Vegetarian style. Chili & crackers, Spinach dip in bread bowl and Cheesecake (Pumpkin or Regular).
SPRING (March, April & May) Herb Marinated Chicken Dinner (drumstick & thigh). Just heat and serve. Cheesy Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable Medley, 4 Dinner rolls and Chocolate Lava cakes.
SUMMER (June, July & August), One rack of ribs (add a rack for $12.00). Just heat and serve. Choice of one pint cole slaw, potato salad or macaroni salad (add a pint for $3.50). One pint of buttered corn, One pint of baked beans, four dinner rolls with butter, Choice of personal watermelon or cantaloupe and One gallon of tea, sweet or unsweetened.
